Dear Parents and Carers,
More awful weather this week! Thank you for your patience in terms of adjusted drop off and pick up points due to flooding. When we join with the Inicio Trust on 1st April we will be having a review of our estate and I am hopeful that we will be able to work together to find a solution to the drainage issues on site.
We are so looking forward to World Book Day next week (we are celebrating on Wednesday not Thursday). Remember, if your child is not a fan of dressing up, they can bring a prop from a favourite story. We can’t wait to see all of the amazing costumes and creative accessories! The day will be filled with book themed activities that promote and celebrate the joy of books and reading. We look forward to welcoming parents and carers for our story sharing session at 2.45pm on this day.
Please don’t forget to complete the pupil safety and wellbeing survey with your child!
Finally a reminder to spread the word about Tea and Tots (see attached poster) which is held every Wednesday 1.30-3pm in the KS1 hall - all are welcome!
Have a wonderful weekend,
Mrs Freeman
Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead
