Dear Parents and Carers,
We cannot believe that we are nearly at the end of another year! Things have not slowed down this week….it has been jam packed with the summer disco, a year 1 trip to Kent Life, the Year 6 Prom, an MFL day at Wickham Common School and a computing competition!
I am delighted to say that we won the computing competition mentioned above - Miss Farrell is going to write an article for next week’s newsletter but for now let me say congratulations to Dolly, Willa and Zachary!
This week saw our new reception cohort visit for their final taster session before they start school in late August. I was amazed by how calm, positive and settled they were. We look forward to their first proper school day after the holidays!
Thank you to the Friends, Sean Appleby (DJ extraordinaire) and all of the fabulous volunteers for organising and running the school disco - the children (including my Gracie and Jim) loved every minute!
