Many of Year Four recently took part in the Bushcraft residential trip. Throughout the three days, they had a fantastic time carrying out a variety of activities such as creating their own shelters (which some children slept in) and fires. Children also learnt how to carry out first aid and debone a fish. Some brave children even took on the challenge of eating a fish eye! Overall, the trip was a huge success and the children thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you to all the staff who accompanied the children.
The children who stayed behind also had a great time, they spent their time baking, making films and had a special trip to Bowling and Pizza Express! They also created some stunning art work based on nature and this is currently displayed in our reception area—well done!
