Year 4 at Battle Abbey 2018

Just before half term Year Four visited Battle Abbey  for their  History Buzz Day introducing the topic of 1066 and the Norman Invasion. Both classes had a hands on workshop where they became Saxon and Norman soldiers. They looked at weapons and protection alongside the story of the invasion, and finished with a battle!
