On the 10th January, Year 3 visited St Mark’s church in Biggin Hill. They have been learning about places of worship and why they are important to people. They met the Vicar, Rev Alison Newman and she kindly gave them a talk about Christianity, the great history of the church and how it is used today. They had a great afternoon and would like to say thank you to the Church for letting them visit!
On Wednesday afternoon Year 2 had a visitor from The Keston Mosque. The children learned what it means to be a Muslim and were given the opportunity to ask questions. They will be able to use this information for their RE work this term.
