Newsletter- Week 9 November 2015

Welcome back to the second half of the autumn term! Despite some very miserable weather, it has been a good start back.

Thank you to all of you who attended parent conferences at the start of the week, we hope that you found this useful and that you are pleased with the progress that your children are making. Thank you for all of the bottle donations on Wednesday—you were incredibly generous and we are very grateful! The Bottle Tombola at the Christmas Fayre will definitely be worth having a go at!!! We are looking forward to seeing you at the fireworks display tomorrow night—please remember that this is a ticket only event.

We are very excited to be sending a member of staff on Forest School training next week—watch this space as we will need some volunteers to help set up an area for the school—thank you to those parents who have already come forward with offers of help.

Our first round of prefects in Y6 have now been selected and did an amazing job as tour guides for prospective reception parents at our open events this week—you really did yourselves and the school proud! Congratulations to Offiah class who achieved 98.4% attendance this week! Have a great weekend, enjoy the fireworks wherever you are and stay safe!
