Despite this horrible weather it has been a great start to 2018! We have only been back for 3 days but the children have settled back down to work very well and have been excited to start their new topics.
The spring term is going to be a busy one; there will be lots of exciting trips taking place, we will be doing mock assessments in Y2, Y6 and Y1 to make sure that the children are fully prepared for their statutory assessments in the summer term and there are also some fun Friends events coming up including the Valen&ne Disco and the Sponsored Bounce—more informa&on about all of these things will follow.
In addition, this term will also see us holding our first Enterprise Week, we will write to you about this special event next week. Let me take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy new year and we look forward to working with you this term.
