Though we still have 3 days left next week; this is the final newsletter of the term. It has been a busy one to say the least and we are really proud of all that has been achieved and of how hard the children and staff have been working—thank you to everyone.
I’d like to say thank you to parents and carers for their support and also to those of you who come into school and talk to us when an issue arises. I would appeal to those of you who take to Facebook to vent your frustrations—not to do this and come and talk to us instead. Posting negative messages about the school on social media is unhelpful, bad for the reputation of the school and it really upsets staff members. Please come and see us about any problems that occur—we are here to listen and to help.
Thank you to everyone who is wearing a Christmas jumper today and for your donations—all proceeds will go to Save the Children. We are very sorry to be saying good bye to Miss Knott at the end of term—we wish her well and thank her for all her hard work.
We hope that you enjoy the upcoming Christmas performances and we look forward to welcoming you next week. Have a lovely weekend and a fantastic Christmas holiday when it finally arrives!
