Dear Parents and Carers,
Olive has loved her time in school this week - so many children in EYFS and KS1 have spent their lunch times throwing the ball for her and getting her to practise her tricks.
Thank you to all of the childrenfor being so wonderful with Olive - she loves her school days! Lots of the children have been asking what she does when she is not at school with me. She stays at home with my Mother-in-Law - Nanny Margaret on these days and goes for a long walk with her dog walker - Sandra. Sandra also walks cocker spaniels and so has been trying to teach Olive some working dog tricks - she is getting better at jumping up onto logs and sniffing out her treats!
Next week is very busy as we have parent consultations on Thursday and Friday (appointments can be booked via Arbor - the window for booking appointments will close next Wednesday). Please make sure that you arrange to meet your child’s class teacher. Friday is also an INSET day and so school is closed to children. However, children are welcome to attend parent consultations, if you would like them to. Also… don’t forget that it is Wild Hair Day next Thursday!
Have a great weekend!
