Dear Parents and Carers,
It has been a very busy week - we had the Young Voices Concert at the O2 on Tuesday, Buzz Days in Y4 and Y5 and Reception also had a visit from the police (car, sirens and everything!) It’s great to see teachers making such an effort to make learning exciting and engaging for the children!
There is an article about the Young Voices Concert on the next page but I would like to thank all of the parents and carers for their support with this event - we know that ticket and t-shirt purchasing is expensive! I would also like to thank all of the staff who gave up their evenings to take the children - they absolutely loved it and said that the children were truly wonderful!
Please look out for a letter about parent conferences next week - we are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your child’s progress.
Please can you make sure that children have named hats, scarves and gloves in school - we know that these items can be hard to name but they are much more likely to be found and returned if they are named!
Unfortunately I am going to Ikea on Saturday - but I hope that the rest of you all have lovely weekends!
Let’s hope it warms up a bit next week!
