Dear Parents/Carers,

This week we have seen our Year 6 children embark on their residential trip to the Isle of Wight. Mrs Freeman and the team assure me that the children are having a wonderful time and as always they are a credit to you all as well as the school. Thank you to the members of staff who have ensured that our children who have not attended the residential trip have had the most marvellous week, including trips with Miss Gray and Miss O’Mahony, artwork with Mrs Sargeant and activities with Mrs Snelling and Mrs Thornett.

Last Friday we saw Biggin Hill Primary’s first colour run! This was an amazing event organised by the Friends - the children (and their parents!) were a sight to behold and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you to the Friends of Biggin Hill for organising the Summer Fair and specifically the colour run - not to mention the Sliming of Mrs Freeman….this was a great success!

We are hiring for a Midday Supervisor from September - 1 hour and 15 minutes per day.   If you would like more information, please contact Julie Burton or the office team by Wednesday 10th July.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Mrs Lawrence

Deputy Head and SENCo
