Dear Parents and Carers,
The sun is finally shining for more than 5 minutes at a time - hooray! We have certainly been enjoying the warmer weather here at school and the Y4 Bushcrafters have certainly been very relieved to be enjoying their wild camping adventures in the sun! We look forward to hearing all about it when they return later today.
I have had the absolute pleasure of spending time with a small group of Y4 children who did not go to Bushcraft. We went bowling and to Pizza Express on Wednesday and we took Olive to Beckenham Place Park yesterday. Despite a challenging end to the day, when all buses were stopped from going into Biggin Hill from Bromley (we were rescued by some fabulous parents!), we had the most amazing time. The children have been a credit to our school - the staff in Pizza Express said that the children were the best behaved group of children that they have ever had in the restaurant!
