Cairo Class gave the most amazing assembly this morning - it was fantastic to find out how much the children have been learning; we are all very proud of them! Once again, thank you to so many parents / carers for coming.
This week the children have been participating in Coin Wars in aid of Sport Relief; other than great fun and some friendly class competition, we have raised some much needed funds for Sport Relief. My thanks must go to Mrs Sanford, Physical Education Coordinator, for organising this event for our school.
During my learning walk last Friday, the school felt like such a hive of activity, it was lovely to see the children so engaged in learning across the school. I saw some fantastic Design and Technology in Year 3 and 4. My thanks must go to parents / carers in Year 3 for helping the children with sewing puppets - these just look fantastic.
Well done to our Year 6 children that completed their Bikeability this week. If you didn’t manage to join the Bikeability course and are a Bromley resident, information on other adult and family cycle training can be found at https://www.bromley.gov.uk
Finally, I have been asked by the School Office to just remind parents / carers that if you are sending money into school, please can you place this in an envelope.
I hope you all have a lovely weekend,
James Ellis
