I am absolutely thrilled to have been appointed as the new headteacher of Biggin Hill Primary School.
After 6 years’ of deputy headship here at Biggin Hill Primary School, I am very excited and privileged to have been chosen to lead the school as we continue our journey towards becoming “outstanding”. I want to build upon the very strong foundations of what has already been achieved here and am also keen to look at new and forward thinking ways to make this school the very best that it can be.
The children here are amazing and nothing is more important to me than ensuring that each and every one of them is safe, happy and makes excellent progress during their time here. They deserve the very best that we can give them.
We are very proud of the relationships we have with our families; the continued enthusiasm, encouragement and support from our parents and carers is valued by us all and will be critical in ensuring the the effects of this terrible pandemic on the children here, are not life long. We are steadfast in our commitment to working with parents and carers to ensure that each and every child reaches their potential.
I am looking forward to leading the brilliant staff team that we have here at BHPS - they are - like me - excited for what is to come and committed to making BHPS an “outstanding” school.
The future for Biggin Hill Primary School is bright and I very much look forward to working with you all over the coming weeks, months and years!
Best wishes,
Hannah Freeman
Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead.
