This week has been National Sports Week and would have been celebrated with our usual sports day event. Teachers have provided, via Google Classrooms, 10 activities your children can do at home today for our ‘Virtual Sports Day’. We hope the children enjoy these activities and have some fun - please send in pictures and videos to your children’s class teachers to see.
This week children will have been invited to a live lesson - please encourage children to attend these sessions as they are important and also a great opportunity for children to be together as a class with teachers again, albeit virtually.
Thank you to everyone that has responded to our survey for our Inclusion and SEND provision in school - your feedback is extremely valuable to us. Our nominations for potential influential figures for our new house names has now closed - again, thank you to everyone that has responded.
On Wednesday, we welcomed our new Reception children into school in small groups by holding mini taster sessions giving them the opportunity to experience their classrooms and outdoor learning environments. It was lovely to be able to welcome our new families into our school.
Let's hope the weather at the weekend is as beautiful as it has been!
