Dear parents and carers,
It has been a very exciting week this week with our new reception classes staying for full days and they are managing brilliantly! The children have settled in extremely well and are enjoying the learning that is taking place.
Children across the school have been very hard at work this week; work has started on new class texts and new and engaging topics have begun. During lesson observations this week, the leadership team have noted a real buzz of excitement and hard work around the school!
Year 1 experienced their first school trip of the year this week with a visit to Tower Bridge and the children have informed me that they had a wonderful time!
Well done to Gywniad class who were shared their learning with us in the first class assembly of the year. Congratulations to Deer Class for winning the attendance award this week with 99.1% and to Osprey class for being Tidy Tigers this week!
